This morning, Rebecca called me in haste and said, "I have booked the YHA in Blue Mountains - Katoomba for 2 night 3 day, but I abruptly find I should postpone the sojourning duration. Could you help me to send email to YHA, and ask them to posepone my order?" I was expecting I will receive their feedback in 2 or 3 days after I send the email, and if they don't answer me in 2 days, I will recommend Rebecca to cancel the order first and book it again.Surprisingly, Rebecca called me again and said she has received their adjourned confirm. It takes only around 2 hours. Truth be told, I would like to score them 5 stars for this high efficiency.
In addition, when I chased up a picture for this article, I found the official website of Blue Mountains. In case someone doesn't know where it is, please check it HERE. Furthermore, I also read the legend of the Three Sisters.
It is a aboriginal legend. There were three sisters who were the members of Katoomba tribe lived in the Jamison Valley. These three beautiful ladies fell in love with three brothers from the Nepean tribe, however the tribal law prohibit them from marriage.
The brothers were not willing to obey this traditional ban and decided to capture the three sisters. This rebellion eventually leaded a tribal battle.
During the battle, the lives of the three sisters were seriously jeopardous, and therefore a witchdoctor from Katoomba tribe conjured to turn the three sisters into stone in order to protect them from any harm. The witchdoctor was intending to reverse the spell when the battle was over, but he was killed. The witchdoctor was the only one who can reverse the spell to return the ladies to their former beauty, so the three sisters remain in their spectacular rock formation as a reminder of this battle for posterity.
